Hey guys! We chose to sing the song "Hangover" by Taio Cruz!

 Taio Cruz was born on April 23, 1983 with the name Adetayo Ayowale Onile-Ere. Son of Nigerian father and Brazilian mother, Taio Cruz began recording his first demos as a teenager, Cruz began taking his songs and productions more seriously during his college years - resulting in him prestigiously signing a US publishing deal at just 18 years old. He formed a record label called Rokstarr Music in London and released a single called "I Just Wanna Know" in 2006 when he was just 23 years old. He released his first effort "Departure" in 2008, the same year he was nominated for Best UK Male at MOBO Awards.

 He dropped another effort, again titled "Rokstarr" on May 18, 2010. The lead single "Break Your Heart" ruled Billboard Hot 100 for two weeks in a row, becoming his first chart-topping single in the United States. The song was also nominated as Best British Single at 2010 BRIT Awards. Taio Cruz continued making success with his singles Dynamite, Higher and Hangover, which is the song we'll sing and dance on Glee Project.

 The History of the Pop  

The pop music (coming from popular) is the song that has a little of everything, adds everyone and drags crowds.Because they don't have a specific feature, you can even say that the name was created to classify the sound that everyone sing, dance and ask for more.The blues and country had some of the characteristics of the genre:  is easy to sing and therefore were already very successful. These were rhythms that created the rock, some years later. But it was in the '50s when pop came with everything: Elvis Presley appeared on the scene as a rock icon, but was adored by fans around the world. Henceforth, only has celebrity: Marvin Gaye, Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder, with a step more romantic and full of swing, Queen and David Bowie added a pinch of rock, the Backstreet Boys did thousands of teenagers in the 90's sigh, with songs full of love and sugar, Celine Dion, with her ​​sweet voice, was known as the universal "My heart will go on" from the movie Titanic. The 2000s brought a younger crowd, full of energy and breathtaking choreography

  But we can't forget the king and queen of pop, which are even very famous: Michael Jackson (died in 2009, but your songs are forever like: Thriller, Who's bad and Black or White) and Madonna( from U.S.A, eternal pop diva, 53 reinvents itself with each new album released.)

  Currently new singers conquer the public teen: Britney Spears, Rihanna,Ke$ha brings back ballad, Shakira entering the latin swing, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Carly Rae Jepsen who is known for the song "call me maybe". The video below shows some of the best-known pop songs:
